I am a Materials and Chemical Engineer by training, specialized in polymer processing, materials characterization, method development, and process validation.  Since returning to Rutgers in 2018, I have been very fortunate to be able to work with both the research and the education arms of NJCBM.  Among several research projects I have been managing and/or leading are peripheral nerve repair technologies and drug delivery using nanoparticles.  On the education side, I am the instructor for the NJCBM Work Force Development’s 3D bioprinting, 3D bio-fabrication, and Cleanroom courses.  I formed and currently manage the center’s Symposium Industrial Advisory Committee.  I also am supporting the organization of the initiative for Materials Research at Rutgers (iMR@RU).
